Take themuziks' answer and question who's doing your mixes. That just threw every possibility into infinity. Oh man, I just saw "by different people.". Noise there when monitoring out? You'll have to play switchboard operator to a degree to troubleshoot, as we can only suggest things from a distance. Run a parallel aux channel, and listen to it. How are your gains, and input impedance? If you're pushing the gain too hard, on your recording, you may not be hearing the hum, until playback. Is the hum on both left and right channels? If so, you may have some bad cable along your monitoring output, or a bad jack, or phone plug. leave effects off, and see if it's present. When you record, and play back that singl track. Try starting a new song, and break it down to the slimmest of possibilities.
